The best way to predict the future is to create it.
Dream, Focus, Commit, Act
For change, for the future we must first dream, then we must focus that dream into an achievable Vision. The third step is we must commit – not become engaged nor just try involvement – we must commit to the Vision.
Finally we must act – to write a plan and implement it. This requires that the leader create an environment where each team member motivates him or herself to move toward the Vision. As the process continues – as we must monitor what happens and adjust our plan to the reality we discover in the process.
