Dinosaur of the Year - A Remembrance
Fri, 05/30/2008 - 05:12 — adminIt was more than a banquet; it was an event – it was a celebration of a life of power and control. It was the annual Dinosaur of the Year program. The table setting was exquisite, the food exceptional, and pomp and circumstance was to be expected. Excitement gripped the air. The emcee began his introduction.
As his comments filled the room, the audience collectively shook their heads. The winner was obvious. The speaker’s superlatives could only be describing one individual. The audience waited in polite anticipation, as the introduction reinforced what all attendees already knew.

Horseback Riding or Riding on the Back of a Horse!
Thu, 05/15/2008 - 05:15 — adminAs a young boy I wanted a horse. More than anything else in this world, I wanted a horse. In my fantasy world, I would be Roy Rogers on Trigger, a jockey aboard Man of War, or a pioneer driving a covered wagon on the Oregon Trail.
I got my wish. (Watch what you pray for!) Suddenly my fantasy world ran head long into my new reality. My horse, Sham, was a beautiful animal. He was young, spirited, and IMPOSSIBLE TO RIDE.

Class Action Lawsuits - What's wrong with this picture?
Fri, 04/11/2008 - 05:05 — adminThe blog that follows was posted at about 5:00 a.m. today. A few minutes ago I was contacted by a nice lady informing me that I too had hit the jackpot of the Class Action Lawsuit world and I would be receiving my check as well. The party that so injured me as to warrant these damages was a restaurant that had caused me grievous harm and permanent damage by sending me unauthorized faxes. (FAXES NOT FOXES).
